In April 2020, North Shore was hit by a big hail storm. The morning after the storm, we inspected our house, and my husband and I didn’t see any visible damage to our old home.
For weeks we were getting flyers in the mail from all the contractors that we were hunting for new projects. A friend recommended Midwestern Adjusters – Jonathan Nickles for a free inspection. We had nothing to lose and arraigned for Jonathan to inspect our house. At the end of the inspection, the adjuster saw things not visible to regular people and told us that he will work with the home insurance company and Elite Restoration for the best results. The level of professionalism is unmatched, we were informed of every step of the way, for example:
• We received a call the moment approval came from the insurance;
• We received details what was approved to be repaired;
• When workers show up in the morning to work on the house, they introduced themselves and told us what they will be fixing that day;
• Workers respected our private property ( I have garden and flower boxes all around the house);
• Adjuster either called/visited the site while workers were working;
Few weeks forward, our house was just finished, and we can’t be more satisfied with their work, and we are super grateful for the recommendation from our friend. Jonathan and Paul were able to negotiate a deal with our home insurance, and we received a new roof, siding, gutters, fascia, soffits on the house, and a garage. Now that I hear all the horror stories with the insurances not wanting to cover for the damage, I feel I have an obligation to tell everyone about my extraordinary experience.
