After a recent storm in the area I had a few shingles ripped off my roof. I wasn’t really sure if it was enough damage to try to go through insurance but decided to contact Midwestern Adjusters anyway after a friend of mine recommended them. Paul came out to inspect the damage and walked me through the whole process. He definitely knew his stuff and found more damage than there seemed to be at first. Afterwards, the insurance claim was filed with Travelers and Midwestern Adjusters managed to get Travelers to cover the roof and the gutters which is more than I expected. Really happy with the outcome and I would recommend them to anyone, even if you’re not sure that there’s enough wind or hail damage for insurance claim.

The team at Midwestern Adjusters was fantastic from start to finish. I spoke with Teddy Blanco and he came to look at our roof. He took the time to explain the whole process to us. Our insurance company is All State and he said they don’t always approve a full roof repair very easily. Teddy was present when the adjuster from All State came to inspect the roof. The adjuster denied it. Teddy and Midwestern Adjusters filed for re-inspection. A few weeks later a different All State adjuster came out with with Rob from MIdwestern Adjusters. After a few hours the roof was approved. A few weeks after the approval, Silas from Midwestern Adjusters came out to walk us through the rest of the process. He took his time to answer all our questions. The crew we dealt with at Midwestern Adjusters were very professional from beginning to end.

Really great experience working with these guys! Silas did a great job explaining our coverage and options to us. Really made picking out our roof and gutters easy. Teddy Blanco also was amazing at getting us a reinspection after our insurance initially denied us. It was great to have someone fighting for us. Would 100% recommend!

Our experience with Midwestern Adjusters has been top notch. Communication has been consistent and there were never any issues with explaining anything that we weren’t understanding. Bob (our rep) was always available for calls or to answer my texts. Our insurance company initially came out without communicating it to us and denied our claim. Midwestern Adjusters was able to get us a re-inspection. They were able to be at that inspection and got us full approval for a new roof, gutters, and garage doors. The inspector (I believe Rob) was very professional, courteous, and safety conscious and worked well with the insurance inspector. Also, when selecting colors and materials (after approved), Silas was very patient and helpful in making recommendations. This whole group made the process as painless as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with throughout this ordeal.

Midwestern Adjusters is a great company. Called and had photos taken the same day. They scheduled the inspection in which it was approved in full. Roof is being replaced with no hassle on our end. Very good company and would highly recommend.
