This company came recommended to me from another customer after the previous company we tried to hire dropped the ball. Paul came out next day and did an inspection and went over everything with me including pictures. Paul is wonderful and kept in touch and answered any questions I had, quickly. I cannot recommend them enough. They help get insurance claims handled fast and appropriately. They know their stuff!

Paul Domete did what all the others couldn’t. After almost a year of fighting with my insurance company Paul was my last hope. I had worked with several other companies and they all let me down. Paul approached me and said he would fight for what was right. He won the battle of what was obvious hail damage from almost a year ago. He far exceeded my expectations and provided a superior customer service. He was working til all hours of the night responding to my questions and emails. If it wasn’t for Paul, the insurance company would have won their game and I wouldn’t be getting my entitled new roof, gutters, downspouts and other metals. Thanks Paul. I’m writing this review to show my gratitude for the work this company put in for my family. From the beginning to the end of the process Oscar was there to answer all of my questions and concerns, never missing a call. The new roof looks great guys! I definitely recommend!

As I am aware that many people condemn but never compliment, I felt compelled to submit this complimentary review. The initial inspection of my roof and exterior was done by Paul, who I took an immediate liking to. Dan was my Claims Advocate and explained to me in simple terms the documentation being sent to me from my insurance company. Midwestern Adjusters were there to meet my insurance company’s adjuster sparing me that task.

The roof was installed in less than a day. There were a couple of minor cleanup issues which were dealt with in short order, again by Paul and Oscar. Dana was extremely helpful when on the phone and when I came by the office to drop off the final check from my insurance company.

The entire process from start to finish was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It was absolutely “painless” for me!

I recommend Midwestern Adjusters to anyone needing roofing and exterior services.

At the risk of being sued by AMC, if you do need help…Better Call Paul!

Roof didn’t seem old, but the storm from last year did enough damage that these guys said it needed to be replaced. Once they took some pictures I was sold; it definitely had a ton of damage! They really helped me out when I didn’t even know I needed help.
