Midwestern Adjusters exceeded our expectations, we thought we could get our gutters replaced since they were damaged via a storm. When the insurance company examined the house they found significant damage to the roof, meaning we not only got our gutters replaced but also our roof!
Referred to MWA by my son who worked with them in late 2018. I didn’t have any expectations going into the process, nor did I think much would come out of it. They said I had enough damage to my roof to file a claim so we went ahead a filed the claim. Insurance came out and checked the damage and stated that it was a full loss; didn’t expect that. Insurance sent us a check for the damages and MWA refereed us to Elite Restoration to replace the roof. Every step of the way was great, they acted like I was their only client at the time, even if I knew I wasn’t. Great experience.
Had a knock on my door a few weeks after a storm, the sales rep told me he could see missing shingles. I didn’t notice prior to him stopping by. After he got on the roof he showed me some images of the roof that I could hardly believe was my home. We had some leaking in our house, but I thought it was from a pipe or something, didn’t know it was from storm damage. They met with my insurance and got repairs approved. Once I got the check I met with the MWA team and picked out the new shingles. They look great, was always skeptical of insurance adjusting but I think I got lucky with this company.

New roof, new siding, new gutters, didn’t pay anything except my deductible. Neighbors got their work done, figured why not call the company and see if they can do anything, didn’t know insurance covered a storm, was news to me. Great work by all involved, Scott was super helpful, really knew his stuff.

First time home owner, on memorial day weekend we got slammed with a storm that caused a leak in the roof. Couldn’t really pay for the repairs, figured I’d have to wait till my tax return in 2020. After freaking out a bit I talked to my folks who said it was up to the insurance company to pay for damages that come from a storm. He had some repairs done by Midwestern last year and gave me their number. They helped me get the money and set me up with Elite Restoration to do the work. A+ work team.
My wife kept seeing signs pop up in our neighborhood, everyday a new Midwestern Adjusters sign would go up. Then it seemed like everyone was getting work done on their homes, all at once. Ended up talking to my neighbor and finally called the company that all my neighbors were working with. They explained the process to me as simply as:

They weren’t lying, the process was about as fast as you would expect when dealing with insurance, but before I knew it we had a new roof and siding.
