Everyone I worked with throughout the process was professional, and very helpful. I didn’t have to life a finger, besides signing a few papers. I had ZERO idea that my insurance would pay for damage to my house. I had some damage from hail and water damage too, insurance paid it all.
If you need a new roof highly I recommend Midwestern Adjusters & Elite Restoration Co
We’re happy Teddy B. from Midwestern Adjusters stopped by after the storm. After looking over and comparing all companies, We chose Teddy for their companies web presence/credentials alongside with his diligence and professionalism. They negotiated fair settlement with our insurance and took care of everything start to finish. They used topshelf of the Owens Corning line “Duration true Definition” and he always called back and addressed all our concerns to the very end. We referred him to a few friends that were happy with their experiences themselves. We highly recommend Midwestern Adjusters/ Elite Restoration for any storm related restoration services! Our house looks fantastic…better than ever!
It has been some time since I have had a company get me so frustrated.
I first want to say that I was approached by Nathan and his team and I had nothing but great things to say and think in the beginning. They approached me and made a compelling case to use them for replacement of my roof. They got the job covered by insurance, which they said they would.
Cons after this: In the beginning I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. There is nothing more frustrating than this. I had one question. Not many just one. I would get a hold of Nathan’s office person and ask to see what she can find and out then not get a call back. I would have to call 5 times to get 1 answer. Never a call back.
I had to call Nathan directly to complain for him to come to my house and resolve the issue. I didn’t even mind the waiting as everyone in my neighborhood was getting a new roof due to a recent storm.
Now that the work is done (Which everything went smoothly expect for the clean up. Nails and old roofing every where. My wife stepped on a nail in the lawn. I found brand new rings of nails that weren’t even used in my bushes. I wasn’t impressed here. ) The roof seems to be good.
Cons after this: The clean up was poor. MAJOR complaint right now is that I never received the permit, which is required for the work that was completed.
Now I am getting calls all of a sudden when they haven’t received final payment from my insurance and are calling me to find out what is going on. I called my insurance to find out why they haven’t received the last check and here we go again on no answers to the office line and no calls back.
Still no permit, confirmation of inspection of roof and no calls from the company.
I have to say I was happy that I went with this company and when I have spoken with the owner I am happy. It’s just a shame that the owner isn’t my only contact. This is way too much work on my to see this to the finish line. There is a tone of money being inflated to get these jobs.
If you don’t mind being a number or potentially being completely ignored than by all means hire this company. As of now, the most simple tasks are too hard, I am scared about the quality of work now.
Fantastic company! As a local insurance agent I have referred many of my customers to MWA and my clients could not have been happier. Highly recommend!

I decided to contact Midwestern Adjusters after seeing lot of signs boards out of backyards in my neighborhood and noticed many positive reviews. I called the number several times and left my contact but couldn’t get hold of any public adjusters, they were always in meetings, as I was told. Hard to get hold of these people, they are too busy to return calls.
We are aware of who this is, the phone number left was a disconnected number. There was then a call back from you and our office attempted to obtain the correct number and the call got disconnected. We apologize for your experience. Our Public Adjusters are hard working and due diligent with each and everyone of our homeowners. Our office is available Monday through friday 9am to 6pm to assist in any way they can. Every phone call is very important to us. Please give us a call directly at (630)487-8833.
Just bought our starter home last winter, we were so depressed when storm after storm over the summer led to our beautiful home looking like a disaster. We didn’t know what to do, we couldn’t afford to fix the roof, and especially couldn’t replace the damage in the home.
One knock on our door later and we were shocked to discover that our insurance company can and eventually would fix the exterior and pay for all the interior damage as well. So blessed and grateful!
These folks came highly recommended by my neighbor. We didn’t think we had damage after the last storm, I guess I just couldn’t see it from the ground. The nice salesman showed me how wrong I was, great company
I was a bit apprehensive to have my home inspected, mainly because I didnt want any negative impact with my insurance company. My wife swore that filing a claim would affect us in the future. We were assured over and over again by our Midwestern that this was not the case, turns out they were correct. They filed the claim, worked with our insurance, dealt with everything that my wife and I didnt want to deal with. All we did was get a new roof and siding! All the house needs now is a new backyard! Wish they could help us out with that too 🙂
We were referred to Midwestern by a neighbor of ours. Our roof was only a few years old so I really wasn’t expecting damage, and I honestly didn’t want to have any construction occur over the summer. We were shocked when the sale rep came down from the roof and showed us some pretty nasty damage up there. Suffice to say we decided to get the repairs done and more forward. They upgraded our shingle for nothing, which was a big shock and something my wife really appreciated. If you don’t think you have damage, like I thought, you might be wrong!
