Really cool group of guys and gals at Midwestern. I have no clue about any of the insurance process, but that didn’t matter. They did everything that needed to be done, all I did was sit back and get checks from my insurance company for new siding and the old nasty gutters. Good people at Midwestern for sure.

Our experience with Midwestern was so perfect. They got us a new roof, siding, and even had our deck power-washed and stained! All we paid was our deductible, we had no idea that we even had storm damage. I couldn’t believe some of the pictures that the sales guy took of our roof, we definitely needed some new shingles.

From the initial conversation I had with the inspector to picking out the new materials, Midwest made everything feel like we were in good hands. The storm in the spring turned into a blessing!

Very professional and all around great experience. My roof was old and my siding had seen better days. I worried that the age of my roof would make me ineligible for a claim, and my wife worried about filing a claim in general. Chris helped us not only get approved for our roof and siding, but he also got our gutter replaced!

We went from thinking it was unrealistic to have our insurance approve a claim, to having brand new…well, everything!

We had zero idea that we had any damage to our home. My husband kept saying, “it’s fine, it’s new, there’s no damage.” After the inspector showed us pictures of the roof and siding we (mainly my husband) was shocked! These guys made the process so easy on us. Without them we would have had a hard, if not impossible time dealing with our insurance company. Can’t recommend them enough, hopefully our neighbors are finally convinced to get an inspection!

We were hit by a tremendous hail storm on Memorial Day and Midwestern Adjusters not only handled our claim but put our home back together better than new. We have nothing but good things to say with regards to the quality of their work and care for our property.

The beginning of a 2 part review, I live in peotone and We had a pretty wicked hail storm roll through and 8/17/19. Instantly Salesman for construction companies came through with their pushy tactics. Expecting the homeowner to do all of the work with the insurance company. Then A polite and professional representative for midwestern adjusters, Teddy had come by and informed me of midwestern adjusters/elite restoration. No pressure at all. I decided to go with them, they contacted the insurance co. And let me know when the insurance company and a representative from midwestern adjusters Jonathan would be there. I met with them And Jonathan it pointed out multiple things that my insurance adjuster probably would not have seen Or willing to cover, Insurance company approved me for all of the stuff that needs to be replaced that was damaged from the storm “I have and will definitely recommend” Midwestern adjusters for any kind of Insurance claims do to to hazards..

The team assisted with every aspect of this process with personal attention and dedication. The roofers were stellar! I love my roof, quality of products, and the crew didn’t mess around. They were efficient, dedicated all day to the job, and cleaned up perfectly. I have referred 3 friends And all of them have had the same positive experience I had!
