Highly recommended. We worked with Paul Domate, from Midwestern Adjusters, and he was extremely helpful. He came out and inspected our damage roof, completely dealt with insurance company, used high quality materials and shingles. It took a day for the skilled installers to complete roofing and installed new gutters. The workmanship was superb. Great job. I highly recommend them

My insurance company advised me against using a public adjuster I was naive enough to believe them. So I had a local roofer help instead and it was a huge mistake. They claimed there was not enough damage from the huge hail to cover the full roof replacement. With a $1000 deductible They were going to give me a check for $347.

I had spoken to Paul the Adjuster from Midwestern Adjusters and he had advised me on the steps to proceed. The same day I immediately signed a Public Adjuster contract with him.
Office staff was amazing 3 weeks later our home was approved for a new roof, siding, gutter, and garage door.

Entire home exterior was transformed. After dealing with roofers prior to being referred to MWA and Elite Restoration. Materials, warranty, speed, and craftsmanship are second to none. No comparison what so ever.

Thanks for all you have done! I have been and will continue to refer all my family and friend. Don’t make the mistake I first made. Be protected and represented properly.

My experience with them has been AMAZING! I thought the entire process would be stressful but they made it seamless. Communication with Stacy was so consistent and her customer service was exceptional. Even when choosing the right color for my roof, Kristen and Reyna were extremely helpful. My husband and I were concerned with the shape our roof was in after we had a hailstorm last summer. I was recommended to contact Midwestern Adjusters by my neighbor that used them and was very happy with the whole process. I whole heartedly agree! The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth! Once my husband and I decided to move forward, I placed a call, and that afternoon I was able to meet with Scott & he went over every step, answering every question I had. From there, it was easy. Midwestern Adjusters processed my insurance claim. My husband and I didn’t have to do a thing except pick out our shingle color (thank you Kristen for helping us decide!). My roof was installed in less than a day by Elite Restoration Co., and it is beautiful. They were very efficient, & left no mess. I was kept informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very happy with my experience with midwestern adjusters. Scott and Nathan lived up to their word. They told me they would do their best to get my roof approved with my insurance company state farm. I was really excited to hear the good news from Stacy! I now have the best looking roof on the block thanks to midwestern adjusters!
